So, this gives me the hint that your rating is 1600+.
The 25 runes are 1400 rewards and the other two flashy empty screens for 1500 and 1600. You don't see the runes, cuz of a visual bug, but you still get them.

Leveling to 30 all your chars is something you don't really need to do right now, if you ask me, or else it'll take you hella lots of time. Just hit 26 with the one or ones you gonna play and then the leveling will happen slowly by itself(hitting lvl 25 with the rest should be enough), or else its a waste of time if you ask me.

And considering the change in hero abilities, you should wait the update which one to level,and instead hit 2k rating in the meantime if possible and get some free runes.
That's my personal poor thoughts tho, in the end you can do as you like.

Yes, what's mine (ranking) will be eventually be mine.

I still lacked of certain cards not including EPIC Boss cards.
