If you're trying to get an answer from gameloft, try to submit a ticket first, and then call them. Bypass the machine to get a human. They don't have time to read the forums in detail because they are trying to support too many games with limited personnel. Bad project management. But they're using a prioritized ticketing system, so if you call them, they will move your ticket to higher priority, and you'll get a response or resolution quicker. Keep calling them if you have to, because you're more likely to get what you want when you're speaking directly with them. Some of the personnel there are lazy too, so you have to be persistent and firm. You can even request to talk to their supervisor or engineering department if it is a technical issue you would like to explain. They have international numbers too.
