I logged in today to find that now even MORE cards are missing. Literally hundreds more cards have disappeared. I assume this is related to GL trying to replace the dozens of cards that went missing from the previous bug. If so, and if GL doesn't find a way to replace them all in a reasonable amount of time, I'm going to contact Apple to try and get a refund on my card purchases. Anyone else have this issue? It seems to get worse every time.

I have the same issue. So sad because I was one of the very first who reported it and might be the one they will fix last. Nway if you feel they have to refund then you should do that.
FYI, reports are comming in that there database is corrupted/wrong. Players are reporting that they didn't get all there cards back....and some got extra cards....some got like 100 extra of one type of card. Seems like there fix has a bug....go figure.
Ok this is starting to get really sad... Not only did I lost my special card from alchemy, now even more cards are missing. I didn't get any cards back, the only thing changed is that I can now add cards from one hero's deck to the other! I just created the account here yesterday, but sadly I might have to delete O&C because it bothers me way to much that first of all the game does not work in so many ways and that I have to message gameloft and they just simply don't give a Sh** about us players(sorry for the language). I hope they bring out an update within the next 2-3 days otherwise I have to (unfortunatley) delete the game!

Don't delete the game dude...they are slow..but will eventually come up with a solution...Just be calm...!!!

I logged into the game to find that not only had they not restored the 400-500 cards I was missing from the last restore, nor restored the 20-30 cards I was missing from the original bug, they had actually REMOVED 20-30 additional cards, including some I earned in Tower just last night.
I've come to realize that Gameloft isn't "restoring" cards, they're just rolling back our libraries to older versions. That means any cards you bought or earned afterwards disappear. When they try to "restore" again, instead they only wipe out more cards.
I'm not sure if I'm going to continue playing this game. Given that this is the third time they've "restored" my deck only to remove cards, I don't think they will ever fix this issue.

Surreallogic, I received the same email from GL yesterday and what? yes same to me I lost all my special cards looted recently and 90% of what i got in tower, only those on deck are not gone. This is totally sick. You are right I came to realize they are just rolling back the time we first reported the incident, the worst is i still don't have the cards back. I wrote to GL yesterday and I will write today. Its just so frustrating.

This morning I get my first Eidolon of War. After that there was some problem and I couldn't connect to the game server for a while and now I saw that this card is gone Its really frustrating.
This is my first post on this forum. I read Xerks' post on the game's page on facebook and also this thread. I have the exact same problem - I did not get any cards back, but still loosing new cards I get from opening packs. And I also got the "encouraging" emails from GL support team about their efforts to restore my cards and that it's "soon to come" and "brought to the relevant department". I tell you, they don't know what they are doing. If there was a way to fix this bug by any method, it would have been done already. The only thing I can think of as a compensation, is free epic decks at the amount we opened. As I read GL workers' evading answers, I understand that I don't stand a chance alone against them. I believe that only through any kind of organization, we will be able to move something. hopefully. I will be glad to here your thoughts on that issue.

Hi Eladion and Welcome again! Yah this bug of losing cards cannot be helped anymore, the only way should be a compensation only. See they try to retrieve my cards and then when they do, they told me they have done it, when I check my account more cards have lost and much hurting is all the tower cards that is not in my deck and all the new cards I bought in packs which also are not in my decks yet are all gone. Imagine how many Towers I played. I am a fan of this game and I mean really a fan, that I spend almost half of my day for this game and then baammm all my hardwork gone. I understand they my just have rolled back my account to where I started writing them complaints about my lost cards thats why maybe all the new cards I looted was gone and I do think also EBs are not part of any cards given back because still my EBs are gone. Now I found myself so confused playing in MP or not and I start losing my Ratings.
You should know that GL finally admitted that they can't give the cards back. me and other players got this mail from them, as an answer to continuous nudging:
"Hello,
I'd like to thank you for your patience as you've been waiting for the resolution to the issue you reported.
Unfortunately, after thorough investigations we were unable to restore your cards.
Therefore, we would like to send you 10 000 runes and 200 000 gold as a compensation for your losses.
I apologize for all the inconveniences and hoping for your utmost understanding regarding this matter.
Please, confirm that you successfully received everything.
I'm looking forward to your reply

I believe that most people will not be satisfied with this compensation. nevertheless, it is better than nothing and it is clear that we won't ever get our lost cards back.
