Bug while using Heroic ability

When I click on the hero it opens and then it immediately closes. This has happened many times during the experiment we were conducting.

Does it instantly close after the zoom part? or does it "minimize" back when you tap cast?

Yeah it minimizes back after casting. The hero used was Orc Ranger. Equipments were there sometimes. Like it happened in 6/70 times in the expt. During those 6 attempts 3 times I had 2 equipment (Heaven's way+Helm of legion) 2 times 1 equipment (Heaven's way) 1 time no equipment. I had to finish my turn without using the heroic ability during those times.
