Two weeks ago i was playing the game and when i go back to the title it says that i hace to chosse a new héroe. After that i lost all my characters. I wrote to gameloft and i'm still waiting. Gameloft, if you are reading this, please return back muy characters. My nickname is fisbol. If someone has the sane peoblem please write an answer. Thank you.

They will never update it, sadly. They won't give you back, not because they don't want - because they won't even read this.
