You will have such experience, when you are close to win the game in your next turn, the game is freeze and you can't do anything. Sometimes you just have to quit and lose your points in mp ranking. I have identified when you face certain of players, you will experience the same. I suspect that is a hack.
The only solution is to wait until the freezer quits the game, but it could take very long time. You have to wait until it shows user XXX has left the game. But sometimes it will continue freeze. I experienced when I quit the game, even the screen shows i am defeated but i still received runes/gold.
